Keeping Healthy: Bone Health
Printer-Friendly Version

It's very important to keep your bones strong and healthy too. How? It's easy and fun! Run, jump, play outside in the sunshine. Eat healthy foods, drink lots of milk and remember to take your vitamins. Vitamin D is very important for bones, and playing in the sunshine makes it work even better.
